1. Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Handle tax filings, audits, and monthly and yearly financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to support financial decisions and maintain financial health.
• Monitor cash flow and budgeting to optimize company resources effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

2. Junior Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching legal regulations, case laws, and precedents relevant to business and commercial law.
• Support senior lawyers with drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memos.
• Communicate with clients to collect necessary information and provide initial guidance on legal queries.
• Attend legal proceedings and client meetings with senior lawyers to observe and support case preparations.
• Maintain organized documentation and case files for efficient reference and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 1-2 years of experience in a legal role or internship, preferably in corporate or business law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.

3. Technical Assistant (Customer Accompaniment)

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and accompany them throughout their visits to the office.
• Provide basic guidance and assistance to clients, addressing inquiries and facilitating connections with relevant team members.
• Assist in organizing meetings and events for clients.
• Support administrative tasks, such as preparing meeting rooms and handling necessary documentation.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and visitors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude towards client service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of English is an advantage.
