1. Head Accountant / Chief Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full accounting cycle, including preparation and supervision of financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow).
  • Ensure full compliance with local legislation and international accounting standards (IFRS).
  • Oversee tax planning, tax filings, and communication with tax authorities, ensuring risk minimization.
  • Manage and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with high accuracy and deadlines.
  • Supervise internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide financial insights and reports to management, supporting business growth and investment decisions.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the accounting team, ensuring high performance and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, including senior or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of tax legislation and financial regulations in Azerbaijan.
  • Experience with IFRS and advanced financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., 1C, SAP, QuickBooks) and Excel.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a strong advantage.

2. Junior Lawyer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research on Azerbaijani legislation, regulations, and case law, particularly in corporate, commercial, and civil law.
  • Assist senior lawyers in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, legal opinions, and official correspondence.
  • Support case preparation by analyzing documents, summarizing legal findings, and preparing internal memos.
  • Communicate with clients to collect information, organize documentation, and provide basic legal guidance under supervision.
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings alongside senior lawyers.
  • Maintain accurate and well-structured case files and legal documentation systems.
  • Assist in preparing submissions to state authorities, courts, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a law firm or relevant internship (corporate or litigation experience is an advantage).
  • Basic understanding of Azerbaijani legal system and procedures.
  • Strong legal writing and communication skills (Azerbaijani required; English and/or Russian is a strong advantage).
  • Ability to analyze legal issues and think critically.
  • High level of attention to detail, responsibility, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.

3. Technical Assistant (Customer Accompaniment)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and accompany them throughout their visits to the office.
  • Provide basic guidance and assistance to clients, addressing inquiries and facilitating connections with relevant team members.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and events for clients.
  • Support administrative tasks, such as preparing meeting rooms and handling necessary documentation.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and visitors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude towards client service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of English is an advantage.

4. Client Relations Specialist

Responsibilities:
•   Receiving client inquiries and discussing them with relevant parties;
•   Maintaining regular contact with clients and conducting negotiations;
•   Organizing client meetings and effectively managing client relationships;
•   Providing support and guidance to clients throughout the process;
•   Ensuring high-level communication.

Requirements:
•   At least 2 years of experience in law or a related field;
•   Strong organizational skills;
•   Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (Russian at a B2 level);
•   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
•   Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
