The article specifies that only certain individuals, including the heads and deputies of companies with a foreign legal entity or individual as a founder, as well as the founders of those companies, heads of foreign company branches in Azerbaijan and their deputies, have the right to obtain a permit to reside in Azerbaijan on temporary bases.
